This program is designed for those who are leading others and want to increase their skills and enhance the skills and behaviours of others. Coaching has been known to boost confidence, improve work performance, and build effective communication skills.

Program content overview

Each module is of two days duration, and includes practice time and case studies.

Module 1

This includes an Extended DISC profile and theory, Advance Communication.


Learning outcomes include: Modelling for excellence, Building

Rapport, Body Language and Voice Modulation. Developing sensory acuity and learning what eye patterns and eye movement will tell you.


You will also learn the key to communication success through recognising Communication Chunks, Interpretation of Representation systems and Language patterns. The filters of communication and Predicates.

Module 2

This includes more representation systems and the recovery of filters and data. You will learn about Submodalites and Anchoring, you know those little things like smells, sounds and/or feelings that sometomes remond you of mistake events that suddenly come back to you in mind.


You will learn how people decide and how they are convinced when making a decision. Pictures in your mind, yes, you will go to the movies with this program, and you will learn how we create the pictures and therefore how we make sense of our world.


In this module you will learn in the depth theory of VALUES and how they are violated for everyone. You will learn to coach to the values of the coachee. You will link values to behaviour, and you will learn how to change the values of those you coach to support them to overcome behaviour and thought patterns that don’t serve them well.

Module 3

Language is much more complex than just words.

  • What do the words mean?
  • Why do we say them?


This module takes a deep dive into the world of words by understanding the Meta Model. You will practice this method in class with support from your Facilitators.

Then you will learn about Perception is Projection and yes, your projection in the coaching session will be the difference between their success or not.


Metaphors are a powerful method of storytelling, that helps your coachee to interpret and provide a different way of seeing the issue.


Learning about “love languages” in the workplace gives an advantage to you the coach. Learning what they need to feel that communication/connection is solid and safe. This is not about love this is about motivation powerful and helpful.

You will learn about the 5 love languages that can be applied across any sector.


Dealing with difficult behaviour, challenging conversations, and just difficult people can be the really hard part of any relationship. So, we will take you through some of the techniques that will encourage good results.


How to Dissociate from the person, their behaviour, and their problem to create success.

Module 4

This is the final module, the final two days that brings everything together and in doing so we step you through the Code of Conduct for coaches (International Standard).


At this stage of the program, you will also have a better understanding of yourself, yet there is more.


What is your style, how do you build resources to support coaching and how to you take care of your wellness.


All this will be covered in this final two days.

In this module we will teach you the method of the Meeting Format, how you meet with the coachee or client, what structure is of greatest benefit.


The last topic is giving Feedback, Structure, Emotional Resilience and Projection management.



The day will conclude with a celebration and - presentation of your achievements.

Beyond

  • There will be a Facebook group to share knowledge ideas and experiences.
  • You can ask either of your trainers’ questions and support as you progress through the program.
  • You will be provided with extensive resources that you will use during and after the program. (these resources will be your coaching Tool-kit).
  • A coaching session for you (one-on-one) will be booked to clear up any emotional issues that may hold you back from being the best you can be as a coach, with either Annette or Doug.
  • Finally, you will receive a framed statement of your achievement.
