I am an internationally accredited coach; I work within professional and ethical coaching standards, and I have completed the stringent requirements of education and experience. I am a lifelong learner developing and evolving so I can implement the latest coaching methodology.

My philosophy is anchored in providing sincere, meaningful, confidential and safe experience for coaches to enhance their skills and values in life through coaching others. “do you what you can, with what you have, where you are” Theodore Roosevelt.  This is a good reminder that we should make the most of our talents and abilities. No need to wait for perfections, just start where we are and do the best we can with the support we have. My legacy is to pass my extensive knowledge and experience to the next generation of coaches. To do this I have stablished two levels of coaching training and accreditation.
