Train the Trainer is a fast three day interactive, very rewarding and challenging course that provides you with the foundational knowledge and techniques to effectively train and understand a group. With a focus on managing adult learners, how to read the room, managing self and nerves.

Train the trainer is a hands-on course that is kept to a minimum of 12 participants, who will complete a 3-minute presentation which will be recorded, and feedback given.

This course is also very suited to those who are very newly appointed to a training role and to those who are wanting to refresh their skills and knowledge.
