Quality is providing accurate sincere and authentic personal contact that makes an impression. The best advertising is what others say about your service. In this workshop you will determine your personal values and how that aligns with the business you own or work in.
You will learn that your service is much more than the point of sale and that you make a difference to others lives in the way you make them feel about buying services and products from you or your business. Dynamic, challenging and thought-provoking you will learn to speak the language of your customer as you listen to understand rather than to reply. There is plenty of time for a good reply and then it will be sensational.
